BASIC REGISTRATIONS: $17.00
PACKAGE PLANS: $175.00

BASIC REGISTRATION includes:

• Entrance to the conference and all events for the weekend.

PACKAGE PLANS include:

• Basic Registration
• Accomodations (Akron University housing).
• Meals
  • Saturday - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
  • Sunday - Breakfast
• Bus tour of historic sites.

NAME BADGES AND RIBBONS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES
WHILE ON THE UNIVERSITY CAMPUS.

Saturday Night Meeting Information

Treat each meeting like your own home group.

• Handicapped parking will be strictly enforced.
• No incoming calls accepted at dorms. Please use (330) 972-7755 for ALL messages and emergency calls throughout Founders’ Day weekend.
• All pre-registration packets must be picked up by 6:00 p.m. Saturday. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• A.S.L. Interpreter at designated (*) meetings and 4:30 bus tour.
• All A.A. speaker meetings are held at Rhodes Arena.
• TTY available at the Information Center.
• All meetings are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair rentals will be available on the 1st floor of the Student Union.
• All rooms and buildings at the University are non-smoking.
• Please contact the Founders’ Day Committee with any dietary or special needs by May 1st. By mail or e-mail only.
• No entry to tent or RV campsites until 8:00 a.m. on Friday morning. A permit is required prior to set up.
• RV CAMPERS: Lot 9 will not be available this year due to construction on campus. RV's will use Lot 34 located at the corner of Wolf Ledges and Carroll St. Tents are not permitted on this lot. | See Map here
• No animals or campfires allowed in campsite area.
• No motorcycles allowed on the grass.
• University police will ticket and tow all unauthorized vehicles parking in handicap spaces. (Violators will incur a fine of $250.00).
